helped us buy our first home (a condo) and then sell that and buy
our second (a house), and I hope she’ll be available to help us
again the next time we move.
We had
waited a long time to make our first real estate purchase and were
filled with anxiety and uncertainty over the whole process.
Myrna patiently dragged us around to see condo after condo until one
day I looked out the car window at a vintage building we were
passing by that had big sunrooms in the front and said wistfully
“I’ve always wanted a sunroom.” I didn’t even realize that she
was listening. But the next place she showed us had a
beautiful, bright sunroom, and within a couple of days we had signed
a contract. When we decided we needed a lot more space, it
then took Myrna about two days to find us a house that had
everything we wanted. Myrna also gave us just the suggestions
for making out condo show its best. She came up with an asking
price that got us what we wanted while selling the property fast so
we didn’t have to go through weeks of showings. In fact, it took
only a day! Myrna always made us feel like it was just about
as important to her that we find a home that would make us happy as
it was to us. I’d recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a
real estate agent who will listen even to what you don’t say and who
won’t give up until she’s found what you really want. Now
that’s an agent!
