| Downtown As with other metropolitan areas around the country, Chicago's downtown is
seeing a movement towards residential living. Young downtown executives as well as
CEO's are opting for the choice to be near the office. Chicago's vibrant
"Loop" is becoming a residential mecca for the well heeled. Old
"Landmark" office buildings are currently being transformed into luxury

Oldtown
Within Lincoln Park, "Old Town" is a small neighborhood
where housing is a mix of condominiums, townhomes, family homes and mansions. The
community the home of the oldest juried art fair in the country. The area includes
the "Old Town Triangle" one of the true historic districts in the city.
